Qualifications:

Maximum age 35 years
Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in Management/Fisheries
Mastering Microsoft Office
Have a leadership spirit, good supervision/communication and problem solving skills
Visionary, agile & hard worker
Honest, disciplined, & responsible
Have good analytical skills, planning and operational control skills
Preferably able to join in the near future
Willing to be placed in Lombok, NTB

Duties and responsibilities :

Planning a shrimp farming timeline.
Prepare all shrimp cultivation needs.
Manage other human resources such as assistant technicians, feeder boys, mechanics, & general department.
