Assalamualaikum, Aquaculture Department students. According to the regulations that are always enforced at UMM, students who are allowed to take mid-term exams (UTS) and final semester exams (UAS) are required to bring a Student Study Card (KSM). For this reason, students are expected to be able to print KSM independently following the following guidelines. The following is the KSM printing flow.

KSM signing flow for UTS
1) The KSM must be signed by the guardian lecturer and also the head of study program/secretary of study program

3) After filling in the questionnaire, there will be a feedback email from Google Form. Please print proof of filling in your email inbox
4) Printed proof of filling out the questionnaire, please clip it to the respective KSM when signing with the guardian lecturer and head of study program/secretary of study program.
